Before the world tried to define her by her appearance, her mistakes, her circumstances, her past, or what others said about her, there was already purpose inside of her.
Blooming Roses was created to be a place where teenage girls and young women ages 12–23 can discover that truth for themselves.
A place where she can be seen. A place where she can be heard. A place where she can grow. And most importantly, a place where she doesn't have to figure everything out alone.Through mentorship, meaningful relationships, life experiences, personal development, and a community committed to seeing her succeed, we're helping young women discover their confidence, embrace their identity, and become who God created them to be.
Because we believe every young woman carries something beautiful inside of her—sometimes she just needs the right environment to help it bloom.
WHY BLOOMING ROSES
Every Rose Has a Story.
No two roses bloom exactly the same.
Some bloom early.
Some take a little more time.
Some have been planted in difficult places.
Some have survived seasons that nobody else knows about.
But none of that changes their ability to bloom.
The same is true for our young women.
Behind every smile is a story. Behind every dream is a young woman trying to understand who she is, where she belongs, and what her future can become.
Growing up today comes with pressures previous generations could never have imagined. Young women are constantly receiving messages about how they should look, how they should act, who they should become, and what determines their worth.
Blooming Roses exists to give her another message.

You don't have to become someone else to deserve a seat at the table. Your story matters. Your thoughts matter. Your voice matters.
YOU ARE VALUED.
Your worth isn't determined by likes, followers, relationships, mistakes, popularity, or other people's opinions. There is value in simply being you.

Where you started does not have to determine where you finish. With support, opportunity, guidance, and someone willing to believe in you, there is so much more ahead of you. And that's why we're here. Not to tell her who to become—but to help her discover what's already inside of her.

She discovers the strength of her own voice. Empowerment begins when a young woman realizes that she has choices, abilities, gifts, and something meaningful to contribute. We provide mentorship, resources, experiences, and practical tools that help her make informed decisions, advocate for herself, develop leadership skills, and confidently pursue her goals. We don't want to make every decision for her. We want to equip her to make great decisions for herself.
🌹 CONFIDENT
She learns that she is enough. Confidence isn't believing you're perfect. It's becoming comfortable with who you are while continuing to grow into who you're becoming. Blooming Roses creates opportunities for young women to discover their strengths, overcome insecurity, develop healthy self-esteem, and recognize that comparison doesn't have to define their lives. She doesn't have to become someone else to be beautiful, valuable, powerful, or worthy. She can confidently become her.

She understands that her life has purpose. Every young woman should know that her existence isn't accidental and her future isn't insignificant. Regardless of what she has experienced, where she comes from, or what mistakes she may have made, there is still purpose ahead of her. We want her to dream again. To believe again. To try again. A Note From Lady J
There are moments in life when God places something on your heart that you
simply cannot ignore. Blooming Roses is one of those things for me.
I've always had a heart for young women, but this vision became bigger than
simply wanting to encourage them. I began thinking about the young woman
who smiles but secretly questions whether she's enough. The teenager trying to
find herself while social media tells her she should be somebody else.
The young woman with incredible potential who simply hasn't had anyone
consistently tell her, “I see something in you.” The girl who made a mistake
and thinks that mistake has become her identity. The young woman with huge
dreams who has absolutely no idea how to get there. I wanted to create something for her.
Blooming Roses was born from the desire to create a space where young women could be loved without judgment,
challenged without being torn down, exposed to opportunities they may never have imagined, and surrounded by women
willing to pour into their future. I don't expect every young woman who comes through Blooming Roses to arrive
confident. That's why we're here. She doesn't have to arrive knowing exactly who she is. She doesn't have to have her
entire future figured out. She doesn't have to be perfect. She just has to be willing to grow.
And if she'll give us the opportunity,
we're going to walk beside her while she does.
My prayer is that years from now, young women will look back
at their experience with Blooming Roses and say:
“That was one of the places where I discovered me.”
